Why do seagulls fly over the sea?

Because if they flew over the bay, they'd be "Bay Gulls"... bagels... get it? Ahhh... nevermind!

Anyways... freebie commission for Aidan Gull for getting my 50,000th pageview here on dA. His seagull character, obviously. This one was fun because I've never drawn a seagull anthro before.

The irony behind this picture is that my dog kept barking at the seagulls in my front yard most of the time that I was working on this pic. I live about 10 miles from the bay/river but seagulls will come this far inland when the nearby farmers till their fields. I don't like it when they come here because they seem to love pooping on my car. :/
