Halloween special commission for Skylar, who requester her 'sona in this costume.  I'm not familiar with the character she's dressed as, but Skylar has told me that it's a League of Legends character skin that is based on the Sailor Scouts.  So I had to go with a typical Sailor Moon pose... XD
