When I saw this meme, I couldn't resist doing it since this is an issue I'd like to bring up.

I'm sure most... if not all... artists have had fantards compare their art to their favorite movie/anime/whatever.

Personally, I think it's a bit disrespectful to the artists to have their art compared to something else. Nothing is original anymore (Sorry, but it isn't), so there will always be similarities and I personally don't like my art being compared to movies and TV shows that I've never seen before.

In fact, one of the easiest ways to annoy me is to compare one of my creations to Avatar... since I HATE that movie!

Well, I don't seem to have almost any fans, so I've only had this happen to me once, and that one time, I actually had to agree with the person.

Anyway, I can see the first being mistaken for a realistic Krystal-like figure, and maybe the first for like a "dark" version of [what's his name again? >.< ] but other two, especially the last... Some of these fantards have got some serious imagination.
