This is long overdue. Quite a bit ago I said that I was getting a venus flytrap and that I'd have pictures.
So here's a picture.
Gozer is doing quite well. He's chilling in his black lantern which protects him from the cat and acts like a greenhouse. He's growing a bunch of baby traps. The bottom most one that is closed is currently digesting a spider.
Nice! And a great name. Carnivorous plants are awesome. I've got a flytrap and a sundew. I live in an area where I pretty much have to have growing lights for them though
I had tons of those when I was a kid, I alway forget to water them. D: A very hard plant to maintain and kinda disappointing when its not snapping after food. >: )
Do you actually go out and catch some bugs for it, or just let it catch what it can?
