[Personal] Aria - Character Design

I sometimes do these fun little challenges where I design a character around an outfit adopt that I purchase.
This particular outfit was designed by LotusLumino

Aria is  blue and white uhamera that wields a UV based hard light energy bow.  She is associated with the sky and clouds.  My stream team really liked her so it's likely that I'll be drawing more of her.
