[Personal] Hedonism

After seeing my character based on Zapp Brannigan, Lykos_Thebes asked me to create one based on Hedonism Bot as well (Since HB makes him laugh).  XD

Since Lykos is a good friend, and I thought the idea was pretty funny, myself... I obliged.

The character is another gang leader of Chryser and a rival of Cylor.
Cylor hates his guts.  XD
