... that Atari sucks. In particular their customer service department. I just bought Neverwinter Nights diamond edition and there's apparently some stupid bug with the keycodes.
I did send an email to their customer service department, but according to some of the people on their forums it takes them about a month and a half to respond to issues... if they respond at all. And they no longer have phone support.

They should have stuck to pong. >(

Ugh - I know. Banks seem to be the worst. Trying to get a human on the phone with banks is like trying to find Jimmy Hoffa.

Most unusual you'd have problems with your CD Keys with NWN.
Hope they eventually get back to you. NWN rocks hard.

They take 1 1/2 month to respond? Thats the worst customer service I've ever heard of. Most of what I know only take at most a week to respond.

Well, apparently this isn't the first time that Atari fucked up CD keys. The problem with them is that the Diamond edition came with three CD keys (one for each game) and an entire batch of damond copies had identical key codes for all three so the game would not install/play properly.

I hope I can get to work - it's been years since I've played that game and I suddenly have the urge to play again.

Yeah. It's ridiculous. Most people don't even get a response. It's even worse that they took out their phone support.
